Voluntary compliance under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth)
Endorsed by the WyldLynx Information Security Management System (ISMS) Committee
This policy outlines WyldLynx’s commitment to mitigating modern slavery risks throughout our operations and supply chain. It applies to all employees, contractors, and suppliers regardless of location or business size, reinforcing our values of trust, accountability, and ethical conduct.
While WyldLynx is not currently mandated to report under the Modern Slavery Act (due to our revenue size), we voluntarily uphold its principles to:
• Identify, assess, and mitigate modern slavery risks.
• Promote transparency and accountability.
• Uphold human rights in our operations and throughout our supply chain.
Compliance Officer: Appointed to manage the risk assessment process, supplier vetting, training, and remediation actions.
All Staff: Expected to comply with and champion the values and objectives outlined in this policy.

• Debt bondage
• Deceptive recruitment
• Child labour in its worst forms
• Slavery and servitude
These practices are unacceptable and incompatible with WyldLynx’s operations and our core values
• Supply Chain Mapping: Evaluate suppliers based on geography, industry risk profile, and employment practices.
• Vendor Questionnaires: Engage vendors with targeted modern slavery risk assessments.
• Contractual Obligations: Include modern slavery clauses in vendor agreements, where applicable.
• Annual Reviews: Reassess suppliers and internal practices regularly.

No employee, contractor or stakeholder will suffer negative consequences for reporting concerns in good faith.
