Data Discovery and Protection
Brisbane Showcase

A Joint WyldLynx & OpenText Event
Thursday 26 March 2026 | 8:30am – 11:30am AEST
Karstens Brisbane
Level 24, 215 Adelaide Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000

Following the strong engagement and conversations sparked at our first Queensland Showcase, WyldLynx is bringing the community back together — in partnership with OpenText — for a deeper, experience-led session focused on practical application and measurable outcomes.

This session highlights how organisations are moving from chaos to clarity to compliance in their data environments.

As regulatory expectations continue to evolve under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (QLD), Right to Information Act 2009 (QLD), Public Records Act 2002 (QLD) and the Queensland Government’s Information Security Policy (IS18), organisations are recognising the need for greater visibility and control over their unstructured and high-risk data environments.

Customer Spotlight: DTET’s CDDRI Journey

We’re pleased to welcome Peter Domalewski from the Department of Trade, Employment and Training (DTET), who will share how their organisation approached and mobilised their data discovery initiative using Core Data Discovery & Risk Insights (CDDRI / Voltage Fusion).

Peter will provide insight into:

  • The drivers that initiated the project

  • How the team secured internal alignment and got the program off the ground

  • The approach taken to scanning and risk identification

  • Early outcomes and visibility gained

  • How CDDRI is now supporting ongoing governance, risk management and informed decision-making
