In a large department of the Queensland Government, the move to Content Manager for document control was destined to be a very large and complex task, with multiple challenges.

There is always a need to reduce the impact of a large change within any organisation.  In this case, migrating hundreds of thousands of documents from their current, uncontrolled locations and systems and into a fully compliant eDRMS like Micro Focus Content Manager posed many threats to the smooth day-to-day operations of the nearly 100,000 staff members in the department.
