WyldLynx was recently chosen to manage the transition of Content Manager from version 8 to 9.1 for the team at the Queensland Family and Child Commission.
There were numerous reasons for the upgrade, but the QFCC were also mindful of minimising both costs and disruptions, as any negative impact on the important day-to-day operations of the Commission simply could not be allowed to happen.
To achieve a smooth and effective transition, the QFCC chose WyldLynx for their project, and we are proud to say they couldn't be happier.
In addition to managing the entire transition project, WyldLynx also performed the technical upgrade, delivered full training for users on the changes, and provided user and technical support during the entire process.
Recognising the QFCC budget constraints, a Cloud-based Content Manager environment, using Microsoft Azure on a consumption plan, was recommended, and accepted. This provided QFCC with project testing and training capabilities prior to the physical upgrade of the QFCC environment, which would not have been possible with a traditional hosting model, and without breaking the bank!
